Together with our qualified partners we offer pelletizing die plates, knives, knife holders, tapped driving bushs, cutting rotors for pelletizers of all common manufacturers in best quality.

Exchangeable die plate system

consists of mass cone, base body and wear insert
Only the wear insert must be replaced. This is ecologically sustainable and cost-effective
complete die plate does not need to be removed
lands length and hole diameter according to customer requirements
wear insert can be used with the same number of holes but with different bore diameters on the same base body

oil heated die plates

Depending on the application, the cutting surfaces are plated with titanium carbide (TiC) or tungsten carbide (WC) in tiles-, segments-, or Nib design

electrical-heated die plates

The die plates are manufactured in hard metal / tungsten carbide or heat-treated
